The Experiment: 10 Ways to Relapse

We all know those typical patterns we fall into over and over again. Sometimes we learn new tricks, sometimes we stumble. But what if we flipped the whole thing upside down?

How to successfully relapse over and over again with a 100% guarantee – or make absolutely sure you never truly break free from alcohol: This “guide” is available in the latest episode!
OF COURSE, THIS ISN’T MEANT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY! 🙌
This is the so-called “Handstand Method,” where you do the opposite to achieve a certain goal. Everyone can probably come up with 5 to 10 reasons they’d relapse right away, right?
Feel free to share them in the comments! ✍🏻

The art here is then to: “Simply” do the opposite of that 😉How to Successfully Relapse Over and Over Again with a 100% Guarantee – or Ensure You Never Truly Break Free from Alcohol: This “guide” is available in this new video!

Er da!

Imagine if I told you: “I’ll show you how to never break free from alcohol.” You’d probably think, “What kind of nonsense is this?” But this is where it gets interesting. We all know those typical patterns and traps we fall into over and over again. Sometimes we learn new tricks, sometimes we stumble. But what if we flipped the whole thing upside down?

The "Handstand-Method"

I stumbled across this approach while learning about business and success. At first, it might seem far removed from the topic of alcohol, but it’s deeply connected. The guy who inspired me, Alex Hormozi, said something powerful: “If you want to know how to win, first figure out how to guarantee you’ll lose.”

The Experiment: 10 Ways to Relapse

And now we’re at the point where this gets really interesting. Because if you can clearly define what will definitely make you relapse, you’ll also know exactly what you should avoid at all costs. Makes sense, right?
So, let’s try a little experiment together: Sit down and write out 10 things that will absolutely lead you back to drinking. These could be triggers, stress, fear, or anything else. Get creative and paint vivid scenarios. Write them all down.

Flipping it Around and Starting Fresh

The key is to take those points and flip them around. For example, if you say, “When everything gets overwhelming, I drink,” the opposite would be ensuring things don’t get overwhelming. This might sound a bit vague or challenging at first, but here’s the trick: Take each point individually and think about what the exact opposite would look like.

I’ll be honest with you: This will be hard at first. It takes discipline to work on these points. But here’s the cool part: Once you start achieving small wins, those wins will motivate you to keep going. It’s like a chain reaction in your mind. And the best part? You don’t have to change everything at once — you can take it step by step.

I hope this approach gives you a little push. This isn’t about just listening or reading — it’s about actually doing something. When you realize you can change things and start seeing real progress, that’s the best reward of all.
So, make the list, flip the points around, and start taking small steps. And if you feel like it, let me know how it’s going. We’re all in the same boat here, and I’d love to hear from anyone who’s working to leave alcohol behind.

Until next time, stay strong!
